More information

  • Adelis Technologies is actively involved in cancer research, creating novel methods for free circulating DNA (cfDNA) size profile analysis in liquid biopsy. The analysis is done directly from low quantity plasma samples (less than 50µL). Our Biabooster capillary electrophoresis technique accelerates cfDNA biomarker research and characterization with increased sensitivity, unlocking new possibilities for precision medicine.

We work collaboratively with renowned universities on a variety of clinical investigations. Among them, the Schism project, in collaboration with APHM, aims to discover cfDNA biomarkers that predict patient baseline response to immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI). We are also collaborating with EFS on the LARA project, which aims to develop new biomarkers carried by cfDNA to predict acute cellular rejection in lung transplant patients.
In addition, we collaborate with renowned clinical research centers such as CRCT, CRCM, INRIA-COMPO, and APHP, where our technology helps to improve the discovery of cancer-specific molecular markers. These collaborations deepen our commitment to translational research, which connects fundamental findings to clinical applications.

Our participation in this research not only helps to assess and validate the impact of our technology in a variety of clinical situations, but it also encourages the development of new approaches to improve diagnostics and customize treatments.

With our dedicated application laboratory, we collaborate closely with researchers and doctors to tailor our technology to the unique requirements of oncology studies and protocols.
